Sunlight Generator

The Rhythm App

Measure the light you actually get.

The Rhythm app reads how much daylight you have actually been in — from your Apple Watch, or from your iPhone’s camera used as a light meter — and turns it into a daily Light Score out of 100. No Apple Watch required.

What it does

A score, not a chart

The score breaks into the parts it is made of, so you can see what is actually low — and it gives you one specific thing to do about it, rather than a graph to interpret.

Anchored to the sun, not the clock

Your windows are computed from your own sunrise, solar noon and sunset. “Before 10am” means something different in June than in December, and in Oslo than in Quito.

It finds your Sunlight Generator

On the same Wi-Fi, the app discovers your generator and controls it directly — so the thing that measures the gap in your light can also close it.

Coming to iPhone and Apple Watch.

We are still building it. There is nothing to sign up for yet — when there is, it will be here.
